This modern house is just a few minutes walk to the main campus in The Garden Quarter. Fully furnished to a high standard. Each bedroom will have a double bed (the ground floor room currently has a single which will be replaced with a small double). This tenant will have the use of a study room on the first floor. Also furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Lounge has a large sofa, dining table and chairs, and TV stand. Kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. There is one main bathroom plus a separate WC. Driveway parking for two vehicles. This property is just a few minutes walk from the main university campus and is close to the city centre. Externally there is a small private garden with storage shed. This is a house share property.

Directions: From Cheyney Road turn left into Bouverie Street and proceed about 200 yards and then turn right into Garden Lane. After 40 yards turn left into Orchard Street.
