Online payments are non-refundable, with the exception of incorrect amounts being paid or overpayments. In the event an incorrect payment or overpayment is made, we will repatriate such monies within 7 working days.

No charges are incurred for payments by debit or credit card.

Refund Policy

Before continuing with your transaction, please review our refund policy below.

Any Refunds for payment are to be requested from Linley & Simpson and not through Worldpay.

If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it has been agreed by Linley & Simpson that a refund is due to you.

A refund is not due to you if you have paid an application fee & holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit checks.

Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
