Your guide to investing in student property in Chester

Long-term student property investment

A student home is a long-term investment which can provide great profits. You’ll be expected to provide a good quality of furniture and carpets, and decorate regularly to maintain the appearance of the house. In return you can expect good rental income.

Walking distance

It’s worth considering location carefully. Chester’s Garden Quarter is a popular area for student homes as it offers a short walk to the University’s main Parkgate Campus.

Public transport options

It’s also worth spending a few minutes to familiarise yourself with Chester’s bus routes. Letting a student home with easy bus links to campuses, shops and amenities will definitely help attract tenants.

House size
