Lettings Office Manager
I have joined Matthew’s in 2017 and bring with me a wealth of customer service experience from various busy and demanding environments, most recently the hotel industry.I manage over 300 rooms in our very busy student and professional house share department dealing with new and existing landlords and of course the tenants, the marketing of the HMO’s and all matters relating to the smooth running of the department.
I also take care of issues arising during the tenancies such as repairs and maintenance and safety testing etc.
Areas of expertise: Customer service, administration, and maintenance.
Interests: Most of my spare time is taken up being a busy mother of two when not working at Matthew’s. When I do get some spare time I enjoy reading crime novels and taking my lovely dogs for walks.
