Senior Valuer

I have been the Senior Valuer at Matthew’s since 2012, and take responsibility for the majority of the residential valuations within the sales department, as well as occasional lettings valuations when necessary. As a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and a Past Chairman of the Chester Association of Auctioneers, Estate Agents and Surveyors, I also represent the Company at a variety of professional meetings and networking events.

Area of Expertise: Residential sales, residential lettings, smaller scale new developments, and ecclesiastical and transport related properties in particular.

Interests: When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, but also have an interest in industrial archaeology, with specific reference to railways and canals.
