Should I sell my house before or after Brexit?
No one can accurately predict what the market will be like in the post-Brexit environment, therefore logic dictates that in order to reduce the element of risk, a pre-Brexit marketing strategy should, in theory, result in a worry-free sale. Conversely, Rightmove forecasts a 2% price rise for 2020, which would benefit especially those in the higher capital value range.
The decision, of course, lies with you and whether you risk a potentially unpredictable market, for a 2% price increase.
