With a traditional deposit , the tenant pays a large sum (average 5 weeks rent) which the landlord or letting agent is legally obliged to register with a deposit scheme.
With the No Deposit Scheme, the tenant pays a monthly service charge based on the property rental amount*. The tenant is still liable for any damages and Thornley Groves will always try to recover any fair end of tenancy claims directly from the tenant.
*This is not an insurance policy, any payments made are at Thornley Groves’s discretion. Full T&C’s apply. More information on how this No Deposit Scheme works can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
