Babygrow Appeal – Matthew’s Charity Zip Wire Challenge!!
Matthew’s daring to do the zip wire challenge to raise money for the countess of Chester baby grow appeal.
The fundraising team at the Countess of Chester have managed to persuade six daredevils here at Matthew’s to volunteer to take the Zipwire Challenge at Zipworld Bethesda on Saturday 21st May. The longest zipwire in Europe at a mile long, people can reach speeds of up to 100 mph (let’s hope not!) at heights of 500 feet. It’s all about raising money for a worthwhile charity.
Matthew’s have been keen supporters of the Babygrow appeal over the last 3 years as most of our staff were either born at the hospital or had their own babies there. If you would like more information about the appeal, just click on the following link:

If anyone would like to come along to support us you would be very welcome, there is a picnic area are at the bottom of the zipwire where friends and family can watch our terrifying experience!
Many thanks!!
