Matthew’s of Chester’s letting department is one of the largest and longest established in the area. We have a dedicated team of 8 people, each specialising in a different area of lettings. Our locally based staff are fully familiar with the area and are skilled at building excellent relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike.

As members of the Association of Residential Estate Agents (ARLA), we follow a strict code of practice with regard to our procedures and client accounting. All deposits are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (T.D.S) .

We offer 3 different services; Let only, Let only with Rent Collection or Full Management.

Houseshares.

We are experts at managing Houses of Multiple Occupation (H.M.O’s) and offer a range of services from tenant finding to full management. We are able to offer advice on converting properties into H.M.Os and all the legislation applicable to setting them up.

Block management.

We provide an excellent block management service for apartment blocks offering value for money, efficient repairs and maintenance and efficient accounting practices
